Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Relationships: Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships with stakeholders and supporters, fostering ongoing collaboration.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase Street Industries’ visibility and awareness in target communities, showcasing our impactful initiatives.
  • Secure New Partnerships: Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to provide additional resources and support for our programs.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to convey the impact of Street Industries’ programs, assisting in organisational messaging and outreach.
  • Event Organisation: Assist in organizing fundraising events crucial for securing financial support.
  • Market Opportunities: Offer updates on partnership developments and market opportunities to guide strategic direction.

It was founded by Samey Minkara, whose own experiences growing up in the Riverwood Social Housing Estate in Western Sydney deeply informed his understanding of the challenges faced by marginalised youth. This personal background fueled his passion for making a positive impact, leading him to establish Street Industries, focusing on addressing critical social issues through a multifaceted approach.

  • Real8: Personalised mentoring matching youth with mentors based on individual needs and goals.
  • Youth Outreach Education & Pre-Employment Hub: This hub offers tailored educational and employment pathways support, including professional attire and resume workshops.

  • Street Sports Program: This is a sports engagement program that includes Friday Night Football, League Tag, and Youth 3v3 Basketball Competitions.
